• Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. Lorivior is not responsible for delays or lost orders caused by incorrect addresses.

• Lorivior is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local postal services.

6. Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
• Lorivior is not liable for shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once dispatched.
• We recommend using the tracked delivery options to ensure safe delivery.



7. Shipping Restrictions

• Lorivior reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders that cannot be shipped to certain locations due to regulatory, carrier, or legal restrictions.
• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for some international destinations.



8. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
• Lorivior is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or incomplete contact information.
• If a delivery fails, customers may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
