Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, and in accordance with hygiene, health, and consumer protection standards, Lorivior maintains a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.
2. Right to Request a Return
Customers may submit a return request within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:
• The product is unused, unopened, and untampered
• All original packaging, seals, and protective elements remain fully intact
• The product is returned in original, resaleable condition
For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, any product that has been opened, used, tested, or altered is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law:
• Opened or used cosmetic or hygiene products
• Sale, promotional, or discounted items
• Gift cards or store credits
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Products returned without original packaging or in unsellable condition
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by contacting contact@lorivior.com.
Your claim must include:
• Your order number
• Clear photographic and/or video evidence demonstrating the issue
Failure to report the issue within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
5. Refund Processing
Once an eligible return is received, inspected, and approved:
• Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method
• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution
Lorivior reserves the right to deny refunds where returned items do not comply with this Policy.
6. Return Shipping Responsibilities
• Customers are solely responsible for return shipping costs when returning items due to a change of mind or replacement request
• In cases involving approved damaged or incorrect items, return shipping arrangements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Lorivior is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns. Opened or used items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local laws provide mandatory rights that cannot be excluded, those rights shall prevail.
